Graduating with a Bachelor of Construction Project Management (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney, Kieran brings over 10 years of well-rounded experience across multiple facets of the construction industry. Kieran’s background spans contracts, cost estimation, planning and programming, authorities and stakeholder management, and on-site management and coordination. Kieran thrives in team-oriented environments with a people-first approach and is committed to delivering crucial project outcomes while maintaining a focus on Safety, Quality, Environmental and Management system outcomes.
Michael Hanley
Michael is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including roles such as Senior Project Engineer. As a Project Manager, he has led the delivery of complex projects across approvals, cost planning, programming, and pre-construction design and documentation. Known for his practical and solutions-focused approach, Michael excels at navigating design and project challenges to meet key deliverables while maintaining high standards across safety, quality, environmental, and management systems.

In 2014, John Hanley founded Greenley, drawing on over 35 years of industry experience, including a formative decade as a Construction Manager at Multiplex during the 1990s and early 2000s. His tenure at one of Australia’s most respected Tier 1 builders saw him complete several Sydney CBD landmark projects and instilled a deep understanding of complex project delivery and a reputation for capability at the highest level.
With Greenley, John set out to offer something different: better client service, closer collaboration, and stronger relationships - values often missing in the broader construction landscape.
Today, John is supported by key family members and leads a wider team of industry professionals. The business operates with a focus on technical excellence in design, project management and construction delivery across a diverse range of industry projects.
