Greenley have been engaged to manage the design of a class 2 luxury residential apartment development on a shared basement under the current Design & Building Practitioner Class 2 legislation.
Greenley’s role as Development manager and registered class 2 building practitioner included the management of the Development Application (DA), regulated designs, drainage easement agreements, authorities approvals, submissions to the Land and Environment Court and management of the proceedings to deliver a favourable outcome for the client.
Post DA, the preparation and management of all class 2 design documentation for CC was finalised for lodgement on the NSW planning portal. The CC1 early works were completed by Greenley including demolition, drainage easement works, piling, capping beam and the excavation of the site.
Construction of the project is currently underway with a completion date expected mid-2026.
