Greenley were engaged to assist the financier and developer in providing project management and engineering solution services throughout the final stages of the 5-storey project comprising of 45 units and 2 levels of basement carpark. The engagement scope saw Greenley manage the structural remediation of the basement carpark and above ground structure, external civil works, finishes, fit out and complete the defects management, certification and handover of the class 2 and class 7a project.
