The Sydney Central Plaza and Grace Bros store redevelopment in Market and Pitt streets Sydney was undertaken from 1995 to 2000. John was an integral team member as a Design and Project Manager on this landmark building and development. The extremely busy Market Street location and tight programme required construction activities to be underway 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 
Post Construction John was responsible for the ongoing management with all stakeholders and the multitude of Private and Government Agencies.
