Greenley were engaged to manage the design and construction of a class 2 multi dwelling luxury townhouse development, each with their own private lift, on a shared basement under the current Design & Building Practitioner Class 2 legislation.
Greenley’s role as the development manager and registered class 2 building practitioner included the management of the DA design and approvals process with authorities followed by the preparation and management of all class 2 design documentation for CC to facilitate the construction of a new fire engineered basement, 8 new dwellings with adaptable and silver standard requirements and a drainage easement in a residential area whilst maintaining amenity for neighbours and local stakeholders.
